About me
Most of my career has been in school leadership and working as a SENDCo in mainstream schools.
Area of expertise
I have professional and academic experience in a variety of aspects related to inclusive education, school leadership and governance.
These include specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia, ADHD and autistic spectrum disorder. I have studied and taught these at BA and MA level.
I teach on MA modules connected to educational leadership management and change.
I am a PhD candidate. My project is a critical realist case study for transformative anti-racist leadership.
